The extra-virgin olive oil we now produce and sell is at the very heart of our activities. From our orchard comes a rich assortment of vegetables that we offer fresh or transformed in tasty preserves. Our fruit trees also contribute to the collection of classic or more capricious marmalades and jams we present to our guests. We are particularly proud of the white peaches marmalade and of the daring, but equally delicious, figs and spiced toasted pecan nuts mash.
We are also lucky to benefit from the spontaneous products that the woods and the glades of the farm offer to us. We pick wild vegetables, asparagus and chicory, mushrooms and truffles and then prepare them according to simple and genuine recipes that rotate according to the season. Our guests can always be assured that the ingredients we use are fresh and that our dishes respect the natural rhythm of the production.
The farm has its own breeding of swine and courtyard animals. We manure them with care and feed them only safe fodder of certain origin. Some of them eventually become our delicious hams, tasty sausages, rich stakes, succulent roasted duck…but that only happens after a very happy life!
